FORMATION is a nine-month leadership development program designed to empower and instruct young adults who are passionate about following Jesus.
During the program you will experience a deeper level of academic study through the bible, as well as regular classes that will expand our reach in todays culture and solidify our character as believers. You will be given many opportunities to learn about and participate in a wide variety of ministry experience.
We, as internship staff, are devoted to you and your growth.
We will walk with you as you learn how to lay down your life, one day at a time.
At the core of it all, FORMATION exists to raise up a generation of young leaders with an unshakeable foundation in Christ who choose to follow him the rest of their lives.
